RPI's New Inline Test System with Thermal Chamber -
Side by Side Buffer Section, 4', 6', & 8'

The buffer conveyors are used to around the system to buffer or queue area for the pallets. They incorporate a slip top conveyor belt that allows pallets to be held back by a stop. In this manner, the belt continues to run by slipping under the pallets queued. The main function is to provide a place for pallets to buffer while they are not in the chamber sections. Pallets are transferred in and out via of the section through a SMEMA interface.
