RPI's New Inline Test System with Thermal Chamber -
Load/Unload Station

The Load/ Unload Section is used to load or unload products at the same station, or be used independantly for both. The configuration depends on how much time is available to complete the operations. This section contains a conveyor on top to move the pallets through, and provides operator access to the product fixtures. An optional feature for this unit provides pallet rotatation, allowing fixture access on both sides of the feedthru board.

The Load/ Unload Section receives a single pallet from the previous section and waits for a signal to release the pallet to the next section. The signal may be initiated locally via a pushbutton, remotely via a customer Ethernet link to the Inline System, or a combination of both. Pallets are transferred in and out via SMEMA interface.
